Public venues offer the perfect opportunity to satisfy the needs of consumers in a digital world – the need to find, to share, to experience… Whether at the airport, sports stadium or shopping mall, consumers can interact with each other, with the venue operator and with vendors in order to receive and share information, and make purchases.

Consumers can download an app tailored to the particular venue. It provides services relevant to their context, their location within the venue, the location of other people and the presence of other entities within the venue such as camera angles and displays, offering an unlimited number of features. Those features can be quickly developed and modified to fit that venue.

This demo, which shows how an operator collaborates with a venue owner, in this case a Stadium Owner for a major tennis venue, focuses on the following:

· many partners onboard into the Operator ecosystem to provide their information for their product offerings

· Food and Beverage, Advertising, Ticket Upsell, Camera Angle Replay, Jumbotronics

· An Application Developer assembles the app from products offerings including both Operator supplied network APIs, service management APIs and partner supplied components

· A sports fan downloads and uses an app at a grand-slam tennis tournament · The back-office systems work together to provide an amazing customer experience
