This app is a suite of use cases to show how the User Data Consolidation (UDC) solution can bring concrete benefits for the Operators by enabling new Automation & Exposure capabilities.
The app demonstrates how, adding User Profile Gateway to UDC for Data Federation & Analytics, it is possible to expose a User.360 data view towards Service Operations Centers and towards Marketing.
The app also demonstrates how, leveraging on UDC in Cloud and new UDC SW intelligence capabilities, it is possible to introduce advanced network automation functions to dynamically adapt the user database system, to secure service continuity to the end-users and to secure solid performance of network databases during signaling overload.
