Signaling Storm
This app performs network simulation about database performance under signaling overload. When an unexpected event in the network happens, an external peak of traffic is received in the system. This incoming traffic overlaps the capacity of which the system is designed for, so failures are sent as an answer.
This app demonstrates the E2E protection mechanism on throughput optimization leveraging on Back-end, Front-end and Core Network nodes. In this way the Ericsson UDC solution is able to faster maximize the performance recovering in unexpected overload situations.
