Once the questionnaire is completed, the results displays in different spider diagrams giving you a brief health check of the operator’s customer experience management.
The app is best used together with its desktop version, CE Management – the A to B Model, where you easily benchmark your client’s customer experience against some of our more than 100 best practices in the Ad-Hoc to Best-Practice Model.
